Pre-Made Paintings 

• Eligibility: Refunds are available for pre-made paintings within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any signs of damage or use may affect the refund eligibility.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@numberpaintin.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Custom Paintings 

No Refunds:

Due to the personalized nature of custom paintings, refunds are not offered for these items. Please ensure all details of your custom order are accurate before confirming.
